Rules
- Your site must be online!!! And I will accept "Free-Hosted" sites! However, the site has to be up at the time of placing the order.
- Please give me High Quality UNTAGGED Images, and at least 10-12 to choose from. It is very hard doing orders with 2 small images!
- I do put a link somewhere on my work. If you won't want the link, you need to pay to take it off, but I still must be listed in the sidebar on every page!
- If your order costs money, then I will only accept payment by PAYPAL! But, you must pay the full amount at the beginning. (if it is over $5, I will accept half payment at the beginning of your order)
- You may NOT, repeat not, edit your layout in ANY WAY!! I worked hard to make it, and I don't want anybody ruining my work. If you need something to be changed, please ask me to change something, when I send a preview of your order.
- Once my layout is up, please leave a credit link. It also must be visible!!
- My layout must be up for at least 3 weeks.
- You must know HTML, (or php) and FTP (or CPanel) before I do your package!
- I do check the coding in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, before I send the completed order. If you have read all the rules, put "OMG! I can't wait!!!" in the order form. No quotes! :D
- If you need me to put your layout up, there will be a small service fee. ($1-$5)
- I won't do porn. Absolutely not!
- When you receive your package, you have 1.5 weeks to put it up. If it isn't up, then you will be put on the blacklist, and you won't be allowed to order again. (unless you pay the fine of $.50 per day it wasn't up, or If you have a legit reason)
